A dedicated tennis player all four years she was at Winter Park, Kiki and her team went to the state finals every year and was never defeated in head-to-head matches. As a top player, she taught by example how dedication and practice would lead to a love of her sport and the accumulation of friends throughout the state.
Kiki continued to display her love of tennis after leaving Winter Park as she played in the #1 position for the University of Alabama during the 1976-77 season and for the University of Kentucky from 1977 to 1980.
Over the last twenty-five years Kiki has passed on her love of tennis through teaching her sport in Lexington, Kentucky, Winter Park, and St. Petersburg.
Kiki currently lives in St. Petersburg with her husband Peter Flynn and their five children. She divides her time between volunteering at her children’s school and playing USTA League tennis in the St. Pete/Tampa Suncoast League.
